Anybody got one yet and is it a waste of money at the minute, should i wait on the prices to drop a bit, suppose it's just like the DVD/RW When They first came out.

been using bluray R/w for over a yr now,  an yes there just like dvd r/w except for the sheer size,  50gb rw's are really handy but bluray blanks are still slightly more expensive than dvd blanks although with 50gb of space rewritable its really usefull for backingup your os.
example i keep a copy of my os just after a fresh install burned to one so i never have to reinstall,  simply restore.
I also store 90gb of mp3s on 2, lol  it use to take 26dvds.  And being r/ws  adding anything new to the collection is simple.

For storage dvds are done,  blurays are simply more practical.
